The owner is INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY and helpful, the apartment is super spacious with A/C in every room, Netflix on the TV, and fresh towels provided. the fantastic view from the 19th floor is mind-blowing, especially at night. the studio is a good size with clean linen, an easy walk to attractions, a washing machine, and staff who are accommodating and quick to fix any issues. the convenient location near the river, with stores and dining options downstairs, adds to the super positive stay!

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and helpful. the very central location was a plus. Convenience stores and shops were around the hotel, which was convenient.

my kids and i loved being there. the room was incredibly comfortable in the pictures online, had a good night's sleep. facilities i needed were available: climate control, an iron, and a work desk.

During my transit stay at Smile Home - Saigonroyal Luxury Apartment, I appreciated the convenience of being located just 15 km from Tan Son Nhat International Airport. the property's proximity to the airport made it an ideal choice for a quick stopover, allowing me to easily access and continue my journey with minimal travel time. the modern amenities and city views from the private balcony provided a comfortable and pleasant stay despite my short visit.

Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience at Smile Home was still satisfactory for a short transit stay.
